Terms and conditions
  • All room rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and all government taxes.
  • Other currencies rates will be converted to Thai currency rates (baht) at the resort prevailing rate upon check-in and will be fixed throughout the entire stay.
  • All room rates are based on double occupancies/room/night.
  • 500 baht nett/room/night will be charged for a long weekend holidays based on Thai public holiday.
  • Payment deposit has to be made to confirm the booking
  • No room are held until guaranteed by 100% deposit
  • All deposits and payments are non refundable. (Please see more detail in the cancellation policy section.)
  • Check in time after 2.00 p.m.
  • Check out time before 12.00 (noon).
  • No pet allowed (For the comfort and security of our guests.)
  • All rates are subject to be changed without notice.
  • The reservation should be required 15 days in advance of arrival date



Terms and conditions during the high season:
  • Peak period surcharge
  o 1,000 baht nett/room/night during (24 Dec 2007 - 10 Jan 2008)
    o 1,000 baht nett/room/night during (12 Apr 2008 – 15 Apr 2008).
• Mandatory minimum stay
    o 3 nights during New Year holiday (28 Dec 2007 – 2 Jan 2008)
    o 3 nights during Songkran festival holiday (12 Apr 2008 - 15 Apr 2008)
  • Compulsory gala dinner
    o 3,500 baht nett/ person on New Year Eve (31 Dec 2007).
    o 50% discount on meal rates per child.
  • More than double occupancies/room/night (either one of below options.)
    o Extra Person (Included breakfast)
   
- 800 baht nett/adult or nett/child over 12 years old.
   
- 400 baht nett/child between 6 and 12 years old.
      - Free of charge for a child under 6 years old for a maximum of one child/room.

- 1,200 baht nett/adult or nett/child over 12 years old.
   
- 600 baht nett/child under 12 years old.

Remark : - In case of cancellation, a written notice must be received by the hotel at least 15 days
for low season, 21 days for high season, and 30 days for peak season and 45 days
for long weekend prior to the guest arrival date.
  - A minimum of the full 1 night rate shall be automatically changed to No-show Booking during.
  • Early check out
  - In case of the individual or entire group check-out ahead of the booked and confirmed departure date, the hotel reserves the right to charge a penalty to the business equivalent to the contract rate of the full length of stay.
